Refund and Return Policy

  • Aromal Crafts is committed to providing the best shopping experience to its customers. Since opened or used products cannot be resold or reused, once delivered, items cannot be returned to the seller.

  • Our products contain natural extracts and ingredients. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy. We also advise customers to conduct patch tests as specified for each product, as any reactions due to sensitivities towards certain ingredients are not covered.

Refund Policy

  • Aromal Crafts is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
  • An unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect product delivery.
  • For refund claims, please contact our customer care at +919311732440 or email us at shop@aromalcrafts.com with necessary images and videos related to your claim, using the subject line “Refund For [Order ID]”.
  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.
  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact customer care within 3 days. Refunds cannot be processed beyond this period.
  • Refunds do not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by delivery partners.
  • Cash on delivery refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.
  • Refund claims should be made within 24 hours of order delivery. Once accepted, refunds may take up to 15 days to be credited. Aromal Crafts will provide transaction details and screenshots once the refund is initiated.

Return Policy

  • In extreme cases of damaged products (leakage, breakage, or missing items) due to transit, a refund or exchange may be initiated following thorough verification of the claim.
  • Customers should contact our customer care within 24-48 hours if they receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch from our warehouse. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be applied to cancellations.
  • Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. For prepaid orders, if the order is returned to the seller, a fee of ₹75 will be deducted from the refund.

    • For paid orders, refunds will be credited within 15 days of cancellation acceptance. For COD orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account within 4-7 working days.
  2. Does the policy cover opened/used products?

    • No, the policy does not cover opened or used products. Only claims related to leakage, broken items, or missing items are covered.
